How we work

Our Positive Impact 2022 (PDF)

To be accountable for our work, we set out how we provide value to the public and society by estimating the positive impact of our policy interventions and enforcement work.

CP22/7: FCA regulated fees and levies: rates proposals for 2022/23

We're consulting on the rates for our regulatory fees and levies. We also explain how we propose to recover the costs of carrying out the work in our Business Plan.

About the FCA

We aim to make markets work well for individuals, for businesses and for the economy. We do this by regulating the conduct of around 51,000 businesses and prudentially supervising 49,000 firms.
